- Maintenance and servicing of the hotel’s entire technical systems
- Carrying out repair work in the guest rooms and public areas
- Monitoring and checking the building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrics)
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Support with conversions and renovation work
- Collaboration with external service providers and tradespeople
- On-call duty at weekends and on public holidays
- Completed technical training (e.g. electrician, plumber, mechanic)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the hotel industry
- Sound knowledge in the areas of electrics, heating, ventilation and plumbing
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Friendly and service-oriented appearance
- Good written and spoken German
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
